Character Biography

Congressman Drew Cain (formerly Quartermaine) is a former Navy S.E.A.L. and the long-lost son of Alan Quartermaine and Jason Morgan's twin brother. Drew has two children: Emily "Scout" Cain and the late Oscar Nero. He returned to Port Charles in 2020 after surviving an assassination attempt at the hands of Peter August. He co-founded Aurora Media with the late Samantha "Sam" McCall after acquiring it from the late Julian Jerome.
